Carver's Cove Petting Farm

Carver's Cove is located in beautiful and rustic Ogden Valley. We are easily accessible from downtown Ogden via 12th street through Ogden canyon, from Weber canyon via Trapper's Loop, from North Ogden via North Ogden Divide, or just down the street from the Wolf Creek resort.

Come and learn about all the farm animals - see how they all live together and make a fun farm.
Our farm includes the following animals:

Cows, Pigs, Goats, Sheep
Donkeys, Llamas, Alpacas, Horses
Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys
Rabbits, Kittens, and Dogs

We are a licensed Class C facility and we happily comply with state health and safety regulations.

OPERATING HOURS & DETAILS

Season: June thru September
This will be our FINAL year open to the public.

We will open our 2024 season on Friday, May 31st!
Days:
June
- Wednesday thru Saturday: 10am - 5pm * BABY ANIMAL DAYS! *
July into September
- Fridays & Saturdays only: 10am - 5pm
Weather considerations:
- When daytime temperatures exceed 90 degrees the farm will be closed for the safety of both visitors and animals.
- The farm will also close if rain or high winds occur.
  Please call (801-745-3018) for availability if conditions are questionable or the forecast is mixed.
Holiday schedule:
- We will be closed on most major summer holidays.
Other notables:
- Personal pets are NOT allowed on the farm.
Cost: $10.00 per person
Infants under 1 year are free
Feed the animals! 50¢ per container
We accept cash and Venmo payments.
Please note that credit/debit card payments are no longer accepted.
Groups: We welcome day cares, preschools, and reunions!
Be sure to give us a call (801-745-3018) so that we can best plan for your party.
Special circumstances: Extended hours upon request.
Please call ahead so we can prepare for any special needs you may have.

Bowery: We have a bowery available to rent for parties at $25/hr.
